Within my practice at Phocus Psychotherapy, I work with clients interested in exploring personal issues and, importantly, effecting constructive change in their lives.  Having worked as a fund manager in the financial world for 10 years, I know how difficult it is to strike a balance between work, relationships, and one's own personal goals. I have a specialty in substance abuse and addictive behaviours like sexual addiction and gambling, but I also see clients with concerns such as depression, relationships, HIV, sexuality, stress, abuse, troublesome behavioural patterns, and more.  I take a gay-affirmative stance in my therapeutic work.
